Meet the Founders & Celebrate the Legacy of All Seasons Property Care!
All Seasons Property Care was founded in 1990 by Joe Gillispie and his aunt, Martha Gillispie. Joe’s wife, Susan, joined the company as office manager in 1995 and faithfully served the business for 30 years. Over the years, their son, David, became part of the ownership and helped continue the family business. Following Joe’s passing in 2021, Susan and David carried his vision forward. In 2025, Susan retired, and David and his wife, Savannah, became the owners of All Seasons Property Care.
